Beautifully upcycled, these File Knives by Creek Cutler are re-purposed from scrap farriers and engineers files. Limited to carbon steel pieces, the metal is forged, heat treated and made into either a pairing, a santoku, or a chef’s knife. Every handle retains the original file pattern, which makes each knife one-of-a-kind.
